Linear Attenuation Coefficient for Cosmic-Ray Muons in Lead
In PHYS 3251, I collaborated with Ricardo Antunez & Isabel Micus to do research to determine the linear coefficient for cosmic muons in lead by stacking two scintillators together and blocking the path of the cosmic rays with lead shielding. In this report, we discuss the abstract, procedure, results, and conclusion of our findings.
